Chiraag Thanki leads the 2013 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour London Main Event as the tourney entered its final day. Chiraag who has no live cashes lead the chip stack entering the final 21 with 762,500 chips. The London Leg of this poker tournament kicked off in Grosvenor Victoria Casino on 24th February and climaxes today.
If Thanki wins this poker tournament, then this will be his first major win plus his cashes will then show a cool £103,240 to his credit. But even if he is eliminated at the current stage, he will still walk home richer by £2,780.
David Barraclough was in second place with a 617,000 chip stack followed by Tamer Kamel with 570,000 chips. Antonio Milan stood pretty at 4th with 529,000 chips and was closely followed by Ashley Thompson with 505,000 chips. All five of these guys have a fair chance at the title but Thanki of course with his substantial lead of over 150,000 chips over the next competitor was the favorite. The final days play starts soon and this poker tournament will surely crown a new champion this time.
