Day 3 of the World Poker Tour(WPT) Legends of Poker ended at the Bicycle Casino, California with Patrick Karschamroon in lead with 15 players in the tow. The second leg of Season XII of the WPT commenced at Bell Gardens, California last week and saw the field trimming to 15 players today. While Patrick remains in a huge chip lead with 4,155,000 chips, Phil Laak is the only notable poker players remaining in the contest.
Day 2 leader Dan Heimiller stands at third position with 2,155,000 chips while John Gordon with 2,190,000 chips is in second spot. The money bubble burst at 72nd place and the top 71 poker players finished in the money. Amongst those who finished ITM include Matt Berkey( 18th place for $16,530), Greg Mueller(20th place for $14,340) and Faraz Jaka( 62nd place for $8,095) .
Amongst the top 15 players still remaining in the poker tournament of WPT Legends of Poker include Phil Laak(6th place for 1,345,000 chips) and Stephen Graner(7th place for 1,275,000 chips). The day’s play had started with all the 71 players who had finished in the money and the start was quick but as the day progressed, slow play started to avoid elimination.
