The Golden Aces Poker League (GAPL) was created by Golden Aces based out of Bangalore which also operates the Golden Aces Cards Room in Bangalore. The Tournament that had its inaugural event in May 2012 has gone strong and steady to revamp the poker scene in India. It had a strong poker presence in 2013 and conducted many successful tourneys at Casino Pride in Goa.

The 2013-14 season of GAPL is in association with Casino Pride, Goa and Adda52.com where online satellites are held. Apart from the major events released in the calendar, Golden aces also conducts small tourneys across business schools of the country. Also up for grabs in 2013-14 season of GAPL is a Ford EcoSport which will be given off to the GAPL Player of the Year.
