Stephen Miles ended Day 2 of the Asian Poker Tour(APT) Cebu in chip lead as a total of 36 poker players were left standing from the 111 that started the day. It was a joyous ending for these 36 at the All-in Poker Club in Cebu, Philippines as they were in the money and assured of PHP 100,000 each for making it this far. Miles with his stack of 454,000 chips is in front and closely followed by Linh Tran(425,000 chips) and Bryan Huang(402,000 chips).
Other notable poker players who are also ITM and still in contention for the crown include Do Hoang Anh (331,000 hips), Michael Kue Seong Tchong (247,000 chips); Antonio Martins ( 308,000 chips); Daryl James Green (303,000 chips); Czardy Rivera (101,000 chips) and Samad Razavi (297,000 chips) .
Lester Edoc won the FulPot No Limit Hold’em Event and Yuen Chan Chui took down the PLO event yesterday. Other side events concluded awarded Masahiko Sugisaka the trophy for winning the Deep Stack Turbo event and Adam Monaghan of Australia for winning the t and DafaPoker Pot Limit Omaha event. Incidentally this is the first ever APT Trophy for both these players. Two more side events are lined up for today which include Heads Up and MegaSportsWorld Deep Stack Turbo events.
