The Asia Championship of Poker(ACOP) released a tentative schedule for its 2014 poker calendar. The schedule released will see ACOP returning to PokerStars LIVE Macau in October/November 2014. ACOP has divulged some details along with dates and events but has also asked for player feedback on the same.
ACOP had made an entry to the Asian poker scene in 2012 when Xing Zhou won the Main Event defeating a field of 184 players in the HK$100,000 (AU$14,000) buy-in event and claiming the almost US$500,000 top prize. Then in 2013, 203 players partook in the ACOP Main Event and it was Sunny Jung who won the title and the almost US$600,000 first-place prize. ACOP 2013 was memorable for Indian poker since Apoorva Goel bought home the first ever ACOP Title for the country.
The ACOP 2014 poker calendar details an Oct 24th- Nov 9th Schedule but ACOP and Pokerstars LIVE Macau have asked for player feedback on what they think about the schedule and if they would want to play a particular event. Players can Send in their comments and suggestions to: macau@pokerstars.net or tweet on Twitter with the hashtag #ACOP
