2017 Million Dollar Heater (January 5-16)
The Million Dollar Heater will take place at Beau Rivage Resort & Casin in Biloxi, Mississippi between January 5-16. It will feature fourteen events, some of which offering a whopping guaranteed prize pools of up to $600,000. A $345 No-Limit Hold’em event with a prize pool of $600,000 is set to begin on January 6, while the $2,700 Main Event will start from January 14-16. It will give poker players the chance to win from a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000.
PokerStars Championship Bahamas (January 6-14)
The poker festival is slated to take place on January 6-14 at the well-recognized venue- Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas Casino. It will feature over 90 tournaments, cash games, and various entertainment options. Players packing up for the Bahamas will be happy to know that the first major poker event of the year will begin with a $100,000 PokerStars Championship Super High Roller. There will be one more high roller tournament to take place within the festival from January 12-14. The $5,000 Main Event, another highlight tournament and probably the most awaited one will be taking place from January 8-14.
APT Kickoff 2017, Manila (January 11-19)
The Asian Poker Tour will open the year 2017 with Kickoff event, which is scheduled to take place from January 11-19 at Resorts World Manila in Pasay City, Philippines. While it will feature 18 APT signature side events, the highlight event will be USD1,650 entry fee APT Main Event. Get ready for the big festival ahead and stand your chance to win big in 2017.
Aussie Millions Poker Championship, Melbourne (January 11 – 30)
The 2017 Aussie Millions Poker Championship will take place from January 11, 2017 at the Crown Melbourne, Australia. The schedule will feature the official gold bracelet event, cash games and daily tournaments running for 20 days. The festival will reach its pinnacle with Aussie Millions ‘Main Event’, which is slated to take place from January 22 -29, 2017.
Macau Poker Cup, Macau ( February 3-19)
The 26th edition of the Macau Poker Cup (MPC) is scheduled to take place between February 3-19, 2017 at PokerStars Live Macau, City of Dreams. The 17 day poker festival starts with Kickoff ($300,000 GTD, re-entry) and includes 24 Official Asia Player of the Year (APOY) events. It also features the legendary Red Dragon Main Event – a HK$15,000 buy-in tournament that has a massive HK$10,000,000 in guaranteed prize pool. Besides, there will be several other interesting events like Baby Dragon, Megastack and High Roller events.
Deltin Poker Tournament, Goa (February 23-27)
The first edition of Deltin Poker Tournament(DPT) 2017 is set to take place between February 23-27 next month. The tournament series kicks off on February 23 with 10K Kickoff and continues through 60K High Roller event on February 24. The high roller event will have a whopping INR50,00,000 in prize pool. However, the poker series reaches its pinnacle with 35K Main Event set to take place from February 25. It will be the highlight event of the series with INR 55,00,000 in prize pool. The poker festival will culminate on February 27 with a 15K 6-Max PLO Event, a special tournament for PLO players with INR 10,00,000 in prize pool.
