It was a firecracker Sunday with all major Indian poker sites hosting big guaranteed tourneys. India’s no.1 poker site – Adda52 hosted several big money events and headlining them all was its 30 Lac GTD Mega Suits AF that pulled in 814 entries, surpassing its specified guarantee and generating INR 40.70 Lac prizepool, which was eventually shared by top 82 finishers. Eventually, it was well-known pro Shashank Jain who came out on top to bank INR 7.89 Lac after a HU deal with Ankit Wadhawan.
Comprising big names like Ankit Wadhawan (runner-up for INR 6,83,899), Kapil Arora (4th for INR 2,76,760), and WSOP bracelet winner Aditya Sushant (7th for INR 1,01,750), the Mega Suits FT was not easy to navigate. However, Jain persisted and eventually bested Wadhawan in heads-up to get the monkey off his back and win the tourney after final-tabling it several times before. Jain was in his peak form last night as he not only shipped Mega Suits but also won one more major tourney.

The second biggest tourney that played out on Adda52 last night was the 20 Lac GTD Adda52 Millions AF featuring INR 11K buy-in. Logging in an impressive field of 322 entries, the event pooled in INR 32.20 Lac in prizepool, the lion’s share of which eventually went to ‘jimmyadams’ who defeated notable reg Sanket Jain (runner-up for INR 4,87,830) to bank a hefty INR 8,05,000 prize.
Jain outlasted a star-studded final table that featured the likes of Srihari Bang (3rd for INR 354200), Nishant Sharma (4th for INR 268870) and Mihir Thakkar (5th for INR 185150). Top 34 made money in the event with a min-cash of INR 22540. Adda52’s Big Slick saw a large field of 792 entries to generate INR 17.82 Lac prize pool, and the top 80 places were paid out. The winner emerged in the well-known reg Honey Bijlani aka ‘ho9ey’ who eventually defeated ‘ankitag182000’ (runner-up for INR 2,32,487) to bank INR 3.17 Lac top prize.
