The Lithuanian poker pro, Antanas ‘Tony G’ Guoga has been a dominating presence at the 2021 Super High Roller Bowl Europe. Less than a week ago, he had shipped Event #3: $25,000 Short Deck for $382,500. On Monday, he came out with another top-notch performance as he took down Event #7: $100K buy-in Short Deck for $1,169,000 after defeating a star-studded field of 26 entries. Post his grand victory, Guoga took to social media to celebrate his success in the tournament.

With two massive victories at the ongoing Super High Roller Bowl Europe, Guoga has already collected $1,551,500, bringing his lifetime tournament earnings to a little shy of $7.70 Million.
The final day began with WSOP bracelet winner Danny Tang in the lead and Guoga in second chip position. Tang lost a key preflop showdown with Santi Jiang to lose his lead. He slipped further when his flopped ten-high straight clashed against the flopped jack-high straight of Guoga. Only the top four places were paid out in this tournament. Jiang was the first player to finish in the money. His pocket queens lost against the A-K of Guoga. He earned $260,000 for finishing fourth.
Tang was the next player to be eliminated. He got all-in with K-10 against the pocket jacks of Paul Phua. The board Tang trip kings but it gave Phua a full house to win the pot and bust Tang in third place for $416,000. Tang’s elimination in third place brought it down to the heads-up for the title.
Phua started the heads-up with the chip lead but Guoga won a few pots early to plunge into the lead. He was able to extend his lead by a 2.5:1 lead by the time the final hand arose. Guoga limped from the button with Ac Kc and Phua raised to 300k with Ad Ah. Guoga moved all-in. Phua quickly called. The board ran out Qh Qd 8c 7c 9c, giving Guoga the flush to win the title for $1,196,000.
