The Delhi lad, Arsh Grover, who is on his poker expedition in Las Vegas, is shining across tournaments in Sin City and making the country proud. In the final week of August, he made an impressive three cashes that included shipping Event #42: $400 NLH MonsterStack and Event #45: $300 NLH Survivor of the Venetian Deepstack Showdown series. Continuing his momentum, he recently took down the Stairway to Millions Event #3: $900 No-Limit Hold’em for $12,510.

Apart from the top prize, Grover earned a $2,740 ticket to play Event #7 of the Stairway To Millions, along with a shiny trophy. Grover overcame a strong field of 82 entries. He finally clashed with Wu Zhou, who settled for a runner-up payout worth $7,898. This was the second cash at the ongoing series for Zhou, who had earlier finished runner-up at Event #1 where he cashed $4,255.
It is also worth to mention that The Stairway To Millions series events follow a unique structure where all players from Event #3 bagged a $1,640 ticket to either Event #5 or Event #6. All the top three finishers, i.e., Grover, Zhou, and Roland Israelashvili earned $2,740 tickets to Event #7.
Running at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, the Stairway To Millions series is turning out to be a good series for Grover. This was his second deep finish at the ongoing series as the IPC Megastacks May 2022 100K Highroller runner-up earlier finished 3rd for $2,677 at Event #2: $460 NL Hold’em.
