WPT Vietnam Passport to World Championship: Team India Makes Its Mark By Clinching 3 Trophies

From October 6 to 16, 2023, the World Poker Tour (WPT) hosted its final event of Season XXI in Asia at Crown Poker Club Hanoi. The eleven-day festival distributed 32 trophies and a total of 9 packages to the upcoming World Championship and Prime Championship. The event attracted an impressive 4,448 entries and generated a total prize pool of VND 74,871,972,000. The crowning achievement of the festival was the Main Event, which Sorawit Suriyakarn shipped with a prize of VND 3,856,400,000.

The festival featured players from over eight countries, with the host nation dominating the winner’s circle. Team India made its mark, securing three prestigious trophies.
